What are Essential Oils? Benefits, Uses, and Side Effects
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts distilled into oil. These oils, extracted from flowers, leaves, roots, and other parts of plants, have been common in complementary and alternative medicine and have been used for medicinal purposes for centuries in some cultures.
